Resume and Cover Letter
Resume and Cover letter writing and review. Again, there are no packages. Some may have had a resume professionally written and do not require a review. Some may require a cover letter and resume from scratch. Once again, an hourly rate of $100.00 will apply. Nothing happens until the client approves the action plan.
Personalized Action Plan
Develop a personalized action plan. This will be developed after our free initial consultation. We can determine what is the right direction to take to make you the best candidate for the job.
Interview Preparation
Help you to understand what the interviewer is asking and why, and how to answer. This is a critical piece of the process. Its key to understand the meaning of a question. For example a very common question is “tell me about yourself”. Many times I have seen potential employees talk about their life and background, where they grew up etc. That is not what the question is really asking.
Mock Interview
Interview techniques and one on one practice interviews on zoom. (Recorded copy for your review) This will prepare you for the actual interview. We will look for things that are definite showstoppers and find things that can make you stand out.
Interview Analysis and Critique
A review and critique of the interview and possible improvement. By having a recording of the interview you will able to see first hand what we see.
For example, not looking the interviewer in the eye, or a nervous twitch, and also build on what makes you the one to hire.
Pre interview prep and post interview evaluation. Once you have an interview, we will do a recap prep and post evaluation to see how you felt it went.
